Western Regional Director - Remote Insurance Growth Leader

Oxford Life Insurance Company, a sister company to U-Haul International, seeks a Western Regional Director to oversee the Western Region across multiple states. The role is 100% remote with residency in the Western Region and travel up to 50%.You will drive sales growth for FIA, MYGA, and SPWL products and collaborate with internal teams to expand distribution and increase production. You will recruit IMOs/MGAs/GA s, develop relationships with partners, and deliver training and seminars.
