🔌 WHAT YOU'LL DO: ✅ Own the inside sales process: quote ➡️ purchase order ➡️ shipping confirmation ✅ Build quotes and follow up on open quotes and new leads ✅ Enter orders, process returns, and keep our data clean ✅ Answer customer calls and emails with speed and professionalism ✅ Coordinate projects between customers, factories, and our outside sales team ✅ Build customer relationships that last 🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 💡 Electrical industry experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person 📞 Great phone manner and strong communication skills 🗂️ Highly organized, a pro at juggling priorities 🤝 Works well independently AND as part of a team 😄 A sense of humor.
