About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to spearhead the development and execution of an integrated enterprise strategy for compensation and benefits programs. This executive will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of total rewards that not only support business performance but also enhance the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping compensation and benefits strategy, and driving greater consistency and effectiveness across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in total rewards, with a strong background in enterprise-level compensation, executive rewards, and benefits programs. They should be adept at using data, market intelligence, and technology to improve decision-making and employee experience, and have a proven track record of leading teams through organizational growth and change. Candidates for the Vice President, Total Rewards position at the company should be strategic, business-minded, and analytically rigorous, with the ability to influence at the highest levels and lead through transformation. The role requires a leader who is enterprise-minded, business-oriented, and transformation-oriented, with a focus on building a high-performing, integrated total rewards function. Experience in a complex, multi-site organization, particularly in the healthcare or services sector, is preferred, as is a background in supporting mergers, acquisitions, and total rewards integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a clear and sustainable approach to rewards harmonization, improving compensation planning, and building a strong, integrated total rewards team.
