About the Role: We are expanding our recruitment network and looking for freelance recruiters to focus on hiring Live Studio Presenters and On-Camera Talent for global projects. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, working with high-demand roles and continuous hiring needs — all with full flexibility and autonomy.

What You'll Do: Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter roles Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Screen, interview, and assess candidates Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and quality delivery Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

What We're Looking For: Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment (high-volume preferred)Fluent English (mandatory)Strong communication and candidate management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on placements
