Part-Time Youth Sports Coach & Mentor

Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional (Sports Coordinator) to support high-quality sports, fitness, and healthy lifestyle programming for youth aged 5–18. You will supervise, coach, mentor, and assist with planning, setup, and evaluation of athletic activities and events across club sites. Under supervision, you will engage youth, families, volunteers, and staff, ensuring safety, inclusivity, and positive behavior.
