Gelbsteins Bakery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cake & Cookie Decorator to join our commercial bakery team in Lakewood, NJ.We are looking for a professional decorator with a strong eye for detail who can work quickly, neatly, and consistently in a high-volume production environment. Responsibilities & Skills: Professional cake decorating and finishing Royal icing cookie decorating Buttercream piping and detailed piping work Ability to accurately duplicate designs and samples Strong sense of color, proportion, and presentation Ability to produce consistent work in quantity Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality Keep a clean and organized workstation
Requirements:
- Previous professional bakery decorating experience required
- Commercial or high-volume bakery experience strongly preferred
- Must be fast, precise, creative, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a production team
We are looking for an experienced professional decorator with a portfolio or photos of previous work.
