Site Foreman

Lead daily stabilized sand production and site operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Supervise and support plant personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment performance to meet customer demands. Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and dispatch teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Frequently interacts with heavy equipment, mobile equipment, and industrial production processes. May be required to walk, stand, climb, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support operational requirements. Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
