Shift details:
Day & night dispatches available (5-day or 6-day work blocks; weekend & holiday work expected).Compensation & incentives: Average earning potential: $1,200 to $1,500 average weekly pay (top performers pulling up to $1,550/wk).Stop pay rates: $10–$15 per stop depending on schedule. Short-haul protection: $40 flat pay for loads under 51 miles. Benefits & coverage: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance options.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Paid time off (PTO) accrual. Driver requirements: Valid commercial driver's license (Class A).Experience accepted: Trainees (0 months experience), solo drivers with 6+ months OTR in the last 12 months, OR 12+ months in the last 5 years. Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen (urine & hair follicle testing mandatory).
