American Traveler is hiring an RN - Psychiatric for a 13-week acute inpatient assignment on the child and adolescent unit, requiring MA RN licensure and 1 year of experience.
Requirements:
  • Active MA RN license requiredBLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
  • Experience in child and adolescent psychiatric units preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Acute inpatient behavioral health hospital setting2nd shift child and adolescent psychiatric unit
  • Treats patients ages 5 through geriatric
  • Treats mental health, behavioral disorders, substance abuse, and addictions
  • Evening shift, 8-hour shifts, 32-40 hours per week
  • Every other weekend required
  • Provide direct nursing care within a child and adolescent psychiatric unit
  • Local candidates accepted within a 30-mile radius for local rates, with travel rates applying beyond that radius
