Starwood Hotels invites an experienced pastry professional to join Treehouse Silicon Valley as Pastry Lead. You'll oversee the pastry and baking program, crafting desserts, breads, ice creams, and doughs for banquets, casual dining, and our Valley Goat restaurant. Work with the culinary team to execute creative menus, mentor teammates, maintain quality and safety, manage mise en place and inventory, and ensure consistency across outlets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
