Head of Executive Compensation & Governance

Leidos seeks a Director, Executive Compensation to lead the design, administration, and governance of its executive and non-employee director pay programs. You will partner with senior HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with performance and shareholder interests. You will manage base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity programs, overseeing benchmarking, and preparing materials for the Compensation Committee.
