Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport residents via wheelchair, stretcher, or walking assistance
  • Maintain clear communication with nursing, therapy, and administrative staff
  • Ensure transport equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures
  • Provide compassionate, respectful support to residents during transport
Qualifications:
  • Must have an up-to-date CNA licenseCPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting a plus
  • Ability to lift, push, and maneuver residents and equipment safely
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
