Job Description: As a Stock Associate / Runner at Kallmeyer, you will play a vital supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the boutique. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail. Working closely with the sales team, you will help ensure that merchandise is organized, accessible, and presented to the highest standards, contributing to a seamless and elevated client experience.

Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team by retrieving merchandise quickly and accurately during client appointments and on the sales floor Package & ship online orders Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new shipments Prepare & pack transfers of merchandise between locations as needed Support restocking efforts Replenish the sales floor in alignment with visual merchandising standards Support inventory counts and general operational tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and back-of-house areas

Requirements: Interest in fashion and a desire to learn about luxury retail Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and move boxes and remain on your feet for extended periods Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
