Merchandise Counsel: IP, Compliance & Brand Protection (Equity)

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Merchandise to lead legal support for product and merchandise matters. You will provide regulatory compliance guidance, review marketing materials, and collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel on intellectual property issues. The role requires extensive IP expertise, strong drafting and communication skills, and hands-on experience with CPSIA, CPSC, FDA, and related agencies.
