Autonomous CNO: Lead Nursing Strategy & Impact

Nealy Pierce, LLC is assisting a respected Mississippi health system in recruiting an accomplished Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing across a 500+ bed flagship regional hospital. This role offers true autonomy, direct executive access to the CEO and COO, and accountability for nursing strategy and results. The CNO will oversee ~1,500+ FTEs in a complex acute care setting, shape nursing practice, and drive quality, patient experience and shared governance across the system.
