TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A End Dump Drivers for a full-time opportunity in Phoenix, AZ!
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent, year-round work with the potential to transition to full-time employment with the customer.
Position Details:
$23.00 per hour
Overtime paid after 40 hours
Monday through Friday schedule
Optional Saturday shifts available
10–12 hour shifts
Varied early morning start times, typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
Local work throughout the Phoenix Valley
Lower delivery volume with fewer stops compared to traditional local delivery routes
Year-round opportunity

Driver Responsibilities
Safely operate CDL A end dump equipment
Complete local deliveries and assigned routes
Safely maneuver and dump loads as required
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Follow all DOT and job-site safety requirements
Navigate throughout the Phoenix Valley safely and efficiently
Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience
End dump experience preferred
1 year of experience preferred
Strong backing and equipment maneuvering skills
Stable work history
Clean or acceptable MVR
Ability to work flexible early morning start times
