Responsibilities: The Garage Door Sales Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and installing residential and commercial garage door systems while identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products, repairs, and upgrades. This role combines technical field service with consultative sales to provide exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth. NO experience necessary, training will be provided.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Service Respond to scheduled service calls and customer appointments. Professionally explain repair recommendations and available options. Build trust with customers through honest and transparent communication. Collect customer signatures and required documentation. Inspect garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, cables, rollers, and related components. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. Perform repairs, adjustments, maintenance, and installations. Replace damaged or worn parts safely and efficiently. Conduct safety inspections and operational testing. Maintain company quality and safety standards Upsell premium products, smart openers, and door replacement opportunities when appropriate. Complete service tickets and work orders accurately. Maintain inventory and company-issued tools.
