Monitor and assess patient condition and needs to ensure proper care delivery Administer medications, maintain detailed patient records and document patient care services Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive care plans Educate patients and their families on illness prevention and managing health conditions Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Proficiency in using medical software and healthcare equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in stressful situations Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Compassion and patience Medical Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred
