Senior Tax & Regulatory Litigation Counsel

South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) seeks a senior attorney to lead complex tax and regulatory litigation, advising agency leadership and providing subject-matter expertise on SC’s sales tax matters. You will mentor junior attorneys and contribute to cross-agency legal projects. Position may involve travel; a Juris Doctor and SC Bar admission are required. Experience in business and state tax litigation is highly valued.
