VP of People & Growth Strategy

Nitra, Inc. is seeking a VP of People to own and scale our people function during a critical growth phase. You will partner with leadership across Sales, Product, and Operations to align talent strategy with business goals and build the systems needed for rapid, sustainable growth. You’ll lead end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and manager enablement, while designing scalable policies and tooling to support a high-velocity organization.
