About the Role:

This role demands a leader with a strong background in nursing, at least 15 years of experience, and a minimum of 5 years in progressive leadership. The VP will be instrumental in advancing the organization's mission, ensuring alignment with national benchmarks, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a doctoral degree, and must be a Registered Nurse with CPR certification. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in teaching, mentoring, and developing curricula, as well as experience in leading Magnet program initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
