Strategic GTM Recruiting Lead - Hybrid + Equity

Candid Health is seeking a Lead GTM Recruiter to partner with our CCO and senior leadership to scale our Sales and Marketing teams. You will own full-cycle recruiting, build top-of-funnel strategies, and raise the bar on process rigor in a hypergrowth environment. You'll work in-person with offices in major hubs, shaping talent strategy, pipeline development, and candidate experience as the company expands.
