Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for its Memphis, Tennessee office. The attorney will manage motor vehicle liability cases, including trial preparation and court appearances, representing plaintiffs in Tennessee.
Duties:
Handle motor vehicle accident cases in Tennessee. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Requirements:
Law degree (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar. 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred. Ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.)
