Requirements: Desired Experience and Education High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 3-year experience in residential lawn services such as mowing, trimming, edging and blowing. Ability to perform preventative maintenance on mowers and other equipment. Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record and have ability to pass a drug test. Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance. Physically able to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. Always maintain a positive and supportive attitude. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. NE Pesticide Applicators License a plus.

Summary: Summary: The Commercial Mowing Crew Leader is a professional who is proficient in all aspects of lawn mowing & maintenance services and is highly detailed and quality focused. The crew leader’s main objective is to lead a crew of one to two team members to properly maintain properties while meeting or beating budgeted man hour goals. Crew leaders can work with minimal supervision and provide a safe environment for crew members & clients. Our lawn teams meet and operate by the standards and research provided by the University of Nebraska Lincoln Extension Office. Candidate will require minimal supervision and conduct all jobs in a safe manner and in accordance with our company core values.
