THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a growing organization to identify an Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, inventory, receiving, and shipping operations at their East Greenville, PA facility. This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who is comfortable working independently, leading from the floor, and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery expectations are consistently achieved. The Operations Manager will oversee a high-mix, build-to-order operation while supporting business growth through process optimization, workforce development, and operational excellence.
JOB DETAILS: Compensation: $110,100 to $145,000+ annually, based on experience
Location: East Greenville, Pennsylvania – 100% on-site
Schedule:
Primarily 1st shift hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support site operations Direct Hire – Comprehensive Benefits Package IncludedESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Lead daily manufacturing, light assembly, warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping operations Coach, train, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance and operational results Maintain a hands-on leadership presence while overseeing day-to-day operational activities Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance Coordinate production, warehouse, and fulfillment activities to meet customer requirements efficiently and accurately Optimize labor utilization, workflow, resource allocation, and production capacity planning Oversee inventory control, material flow, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations Monitor operational KPIs and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and process optimization Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and support customer demand Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and operational procedures Support budgeting, labor planning, capital projects, and cost management initiatives Lead workforce development, succession planning, and employee engagement effortsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or warehouse operations Experience operating within a high-mix, high-volume, build-to-order environment strongly preferredExperience leading manufacturing, assembly, production, or fulfillment teams Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, production scheduling, and fulfillment operations Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive accountability Experience establishing and monitoring KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Experience with ERP, WMS, and production planning systems Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting facility consolidations, relocations, expansions, or operational startup initiatives preferredExperience implementing new production lines, workflows, equipment, or operational processes preferredTO APPLY:Qualified candidates may apply by uploading their resume to this job post.
