JOB FAMILY TITLE: ProducerFLSA STATUS: Non-ExemptPAY RANGE: The base pay for this Job Family generally ranges between $20 - $25/hr. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
Follow all established standard operating procedures for Cycle Count and maintain BOS (Business Operating System) for cycle count recordsManage SAP COGI errorsMonitor and control inventory integrityProduction Reporting ValidationScrap transaction review for accuracyMaintain product identification and locationResearch inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile themResponsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliationsReconcile non-conforming product with Quality TeamResolve inventory problems in a timely mannerMust be able to pass the forklift certification test and drive a forklift and/or Stand-upMust be computer literateHave strong verbal and written skillsMust be able to interact with Team Members, Team Leaders, Supervisors and Planners to resolve discrepanciesData entry into SAPQUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED SKILLS:Intermediate math skillsAbility to learn computer skills including SAP and ExcelMust be detail orientedUnderstand material flow in the plant including: Warehouse bin management methodology Material flow from storage to production areas Indented bill of material structure Production reporting Receiving transactions Scrap reportingQUALIFICATIONS - PREFERRED SKILLS:A more advanced understanding in Excel How to enter in data, sort and filter rows, copy and paste in given formulas A knowledge of the plant layout: Location of various departments and warehousesDESIRABLE EDUCATIONAL / WORK EXPERIENCE: Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent for this positionAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
