Service Assistant McCarthy Auto Group is continuously growing and we are currently looking for a motivated and organized Service Assistant to support our service team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Provide shuttle service for customers as needed
  • Support service advisors with documentation and follow-upMaintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and lounge area
  • Perform basic facility maintenance (empty trash, sweep floors, etc.)Assist service advisors and technicians with miscellaneous tasks as requested
Schedule: Monday: 7am to 5pmTuesday: 7am to 5pmWednesday: OffThursday: 1pm to 6pmFriday: 7am to 5pmSaturday: 7am to 3pmSunday: OffJob requirements:
  • Clear and valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods
