Faith-Centered Online Educator (Independent Contractor | United States) The Transformation Network LLCRemote | Part-time | $35–52 per hour Are you an educator who doesn’t just teach a biblical worldview, but is actively being transformed by it? Kingdom Thinkers Academy helps young people discover who God created them to be through personalized, project-based, Christ-centered learning. We’re not just another online school. As our community grows across the United States and internationally, we’re looking for educators to join our team.
The Opportunity: We are seeking Faith-Centered Educators to lead live, small-group online classes as independent contractors.
Role details:
  • Remote, part-time contractor position
  • Hourly pay of $35–52 per hour, depending on the number and size of the classes you teach
  • Small-group classes across Grades K–12 Teaching days and times are set once classes are confirmed and scheduled
  • More teaching hours become available as enrollments grow
The lessons are already designed and prepared for you. Rather than spending hours writing curriculum, you’ll focus on what matters most: building relationships, mentoring students and leading engaging live sessions that encourage discussion, inquiry, collaboration and biblical thinking.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead live online classes using our prepared curriculum and teacher guides
  • Guide students through project-based, inquiry-driven learning
  • Teach through our Responsive Discipleship Learning™ (RDL) approach
  • Encourage participation, curiosity and critical thinking
  • Build meaningful relationships with students and families
  • Help students grow in confidence, purpose and Kingdom character
  • Give encouragement and personalized feedback throughout the term
  • Work with our education team to keep improving the student experience

  • EssentialExperience teaching or facilitating learning (classroom, online, homeschool, co-op or alternative education)
  • Confidence leading live online classes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to complete a background check
  • Alignment with the mission and values of The Transformation Network LLCHighly valued
  • State teaching license or relevant college degree
  • Experience with project-based or inquiry-based learning
  • Experience in Christian education or homeschool co-ops
  • Experience facilitating inquiry-based learning
