You will ensure finished hose assemblies meet quality and safety standards by operating coiling and pressure-test equipment and following manufacturing specifications. Your work directly supports production throughput and product quality for the production team and maintenance partners. This is an onsite role on 2nd shift (3:30 PM–11:30 PM), Monday–Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed. Here's how you'll make an impact on the team: Review hose conformance while coiling on reels and cut hose as needed Verify part numbers, hose size, and job numbers against specifications Inspect product for defects and remove nonconforming sections; record defects and scrap Operate and set up pressure test equipment (proof/impact modes), run cycles, and record PSIPrepare, label, and place tested hose into quality inspection area Measure OD, ID, and pitch; cut burst and periodic samples as required Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow 5S and safety practices Report production or equipment issues to the direct lead and work with maintenance Perform other duties at equal or lower classification as assigned Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role: High school diploma or GEDAbility to pass pre-employment screening Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing regular lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Basic computer skills and ability to record inspection data accurately Strong attention to detail, continuous visual and auditory focus, and manual dexterity Good verbal communication and ability to work in a team environment Willingness to work 2nd shift (3:30 PM–11:30 PM), Monday–Friday, with mandatory overtime when required Here's what else might help you out: Prior production or manufacturing experience (preferred) Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices Ability to monitor machine sounds and identify changes
