Physician Assistant with orthopedic spine experienceto join its growing clinical team. This position offers a mix ofsurgical first assist responsibilities and outpatient spine care, working closely with experienced surgeons and multidisciplinary specialists to support patients throughout their treatment journey. The ideal candidate thrives in afast-paced orthopedic environmentand is passionate about improving patient mobility and quality of life. This role will rotate betweenmultiple clinic locations in North Jersey, helping ensure continuity of care for patients across the practice. What You ll Be DoingAssist orthopedic spine surgeons in theoperating room as a surgical first assistapproximately 1 2 days per week Performpre-operative evaluations, post-operative follow-ups, and patient consultations Review and interpretdiagnostic imaging such as MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays Develop and implementevidence-based treatment plans for spine and musculoskeletal conditions Educate patients and families ondiagnoses, procedures, recovery expectations, and treatment options Work collaboratively withpain management specialists, surgeons, and rehabilitation teams Provide ongoing clinical care and monitoring for patients recovering fromorthopedic spine procedures Maintain thorough and accurateclinical documentation in the electronic medical record Rotate between North Jersey office locationsto support patient care needs
