Responsibilities:
Lead policy development, implementation, and legislative efforts related to child care and development programs. Collaborate with Child Care & Development Division units, other CDSS divisions, state and local agencies, and federal partners. Serve as a strategic partner in managing the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF).Promote equitable, comprehensive, and quality child care and development services statewide.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working in child care policy, program development, or related fields. Proven experience developing proposals, legislation, and collaborating with local or state agencies to support children and families. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to write clear, concise Statements of Qualifications. Experience with state or federal policy related to child care and development programs is preferred. Application Information
