Pre-Suit Attorney

Duties: Handle all pre-litigation work daily Complete Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Draft and file pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages Manage the release approval process Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on personal injury cases, primarily motor vehicle cases Drive compliance and KPIs among team Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements

Requirements: Law degree from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association 2+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Desire to become part of a trial team Education Law degree from an accredited institution

Certifications: Active membership with the FL State Bar Association Skills Strong leadership and management abilities Excellent communication and client service skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
