Construction Superintendent

The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion. Responsibilities Oversee daily operation of construction projects Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed Communicate project progress with clients and project managers Manage subcontractors and construction site organization Qualifications 10–15+ years of construction experience Strong end-to-end ground-up construction experience Ability to read and understand drawings/specifications Experience managing subcontractors and the entire field operation Experience with multifamily, senior living, healthcare, or similar complex commercial construction Excellent communication and client-facing ability. A polished, professional presence Strong morals, ethics, and accountability. Cultural fit is a major priority. The maturity to operate independently and take ownership of a project. Current / Upcoming Work Approximately $150M of construction activity and a strong backlog of repeat-client work.
