Leasing Consultant Carlisle Residential is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Wainwright Downtown and Botetourt Apartments in Norfolk, VA.
Summary of Position:
  • Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects and visitors to the community.
  • Show apartments and amenities to future residents by appointment or walk ins.
  • Assist residents, answer the telephone, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Complete all leasing paperwork and ensure resident file is complete.
  • Compile and process applications.
  • Explain lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents.
  • Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends and market surveys.
  • Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
  • Assist with marketing activities within the community and local market.
  • Plan and coordinate resident events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Education Requirement:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent 1+ years' experience in apartment leasing role preferred, or equivalent customer service and sales experience
  • Experience with lease-up properties a plus
Job Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment

  • Yardi: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Yardi CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
