Job Description:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved
- Oversee contracts, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout construction
- Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively managing project risks

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive should have:5-10+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
Experience delivering public, municipal, government, healthcare, K-12, higher education, or institutional projects
Strong understanding of contracts, project controls, schedules, and project documentation
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
