Overview: COTA | Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant — PRN Schedule. Absolute Home Health Services provides skilled nursing, therapy services, social service, and home health aides in the home under the direction of the patient's Primary Care Physician. We are hiring a COTA, preferably with at least 2 years of home care experience. This COTA will perform COTA duties under the direction of an OT to facilitate rehabilitation to patients, routine visits and on-call in the Summit and Portage County areas. Occasional weekend availability is required. Qualifications 2 years of skilled home care experience preferred Degree from an Accredited School Licensed from the Ohio OT and PT Board Certification eligible by AOTA BLS/CPR certification Excellent written and oral communication skills Detail oriented Self motivated Work well in a team environment and independently Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Computerized medical records Great customer service skills
