Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supervise and support day-to-day manufacturing operations, including media/buffer preparation Chromatography column setup and operation Aseptic final filtration of intermediates and drug substances Monitor and troubleshoot production processes and equipment (PLC/HMI, pH, conductivity, spectroscopy) Ensure accurate and timely completion of batch records, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs Train, mentor, and manage direct reports to ensure adherence to cGMP and safety standards Drive shift engagement, performance reviews, and cross-shift communication Coordinate with QA, PD, Validation, and Supply Chain to support production readiness and continuous improvement

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field with 5+ years of biopharma manufacturing experience, or Master’s with 2+ years of experience, or 5–10 years of equivalent industry experience Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred Strong background in upstream or downstream biologics manufacturing Proficiency in GMP documentation, batch records, and compliance Comfortable working overnight (10 PM – 6 AM, 3rd shift) and ensuring shift handovers
