Dietary Aide — Healthcare Kitchen & Tray Prep

Reliant Management in California is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to prepare and pre-portion foods for residents according to the planned menu and production sheets. You will follow proper food safety techniques, maintain safe temperatures, assist with tray-line setup, assemble trays to meet diet orders, and ensure meals are served attractively and on time. Prior fast-paced kitchen or healthcare experience and a California Food Handler’s Card are required.
