Salon Assistant

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Part-time / Full-time (flexible for the right candidate)

About the Role: As a salon assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our daily operations and guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves hair, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a calm, professional environment.

Responsibilities include: Shampooing and conditioning clients Assisting stylists during services Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming salon Laundry, restocking, and light prep work Supporting the flow of the salon day Growth Opportunities We are happy to support both paths: If you’d like to advance into a stylist role over time, we’re open to mentorship and growth If you are content staying in an assistant role, that is absolutely welcome and valued There is no pressure to become a stylist — we respect and appreciate career assistants just as much.

What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Interest in curls, textured hair, and hair health Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Salon or beauty experience is required.
