Afterschool Program Director: Lead Enrichment & Impact

Boston Public Schools is seeking an Afterschool Director for the Hennigan 1–6 school-run afterschool program. You will lead program design, ensure safety, inclusivity, and enrichment, and work with school leadership to align afterschool activities with the instructional day. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations and enrollment, support EEC voucher compliance, and coordinate with families and community partners to broaden access and student success.
