Ivy Health in Newport News, VA seeks a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner (BCBA license required) to build and lead a new clinic from the ground up. You’ll shape the clinical vision, recruit the team, establish patient experience, and grow equity in the practice with Ivy’s support. You’ll collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, finance, and payer contracting to deliver world‑class care and sustainable growth, while mentoring clinicians and partners.
