Head of Drone Insurance Programs

Key responsibilities: Define and execute Tint's strategy for the drone vertical, identifying market opportunities and building scalable insurance solutions Design and launch comprehensive drone insurance programs, including underwriting guidelines, pricing models, and regulatory compliance Develop and manage relationships with aviation carriers, MGAs, and brokers to secure competitive program structures and capacity

Required qualifications: 5+ years in aviation, drone/UAV, or specialty insurance, with experience in commercial drone operations Proven track record in designing or launching insurance programs, including underwriting structures and carrier partnerships Strong understanding of drone risk characteristics across various operation types and regulatory environments Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations Analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to convert market opportunities into scalable solutions
