This is not a programming role. Candidates should be comfortable working around CNC equipment, checking parts, using tools, and following work instructions in a manufacturing setting. What You'll Do: Operate a preset CNC machine during production Monitor machine operation and watch for issues during the cut Make minor adjustments as needed to keep parts within requirements Load, unload, and check parts during the production process Use measuring tools to check part size, fit, alignment, and quality Perform basic mechanical assembly using hand tools and power tools Follow drawings, work instructions, and production steps Report machine issues, part defects, or quality concerns Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift

What We're Looking For: Previous CNC machine operation experience required Experience running preset CNC machines preferred Able to make minor machine adjustments when needed Mechanical assembly experience is a plus Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Able to use basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges Able to read and follow work instructions, drawings, or basic production paperwork Strong attention to detail when checking parts and measurements Basic computer skills for production or machine-related documentation Able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on production work Why Apply This is a strong 1st shift opportunity for someone with CNC machine operation experience who wants hands-on work at a higher pay rate.
