You'll play a key role in driving production success, solving challenges, and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
Job Duties: Train new employees thoroughly and foster a positive, team-oriented environment with fair and consistent leadership. Communicate effectively with employees and supervisors, providing feedback, resolving basic concerns, and escalating complex issues. Recommend improvements in policies, processes, and quality; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Recognize employee contributions, motivate the team, and assist in performance reviews and customer tours. Follow all company policies, including safety and confidentiality, and properly use tools, equipment, and PPE.
Who You Are:
  • You have 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting or have completed a leadership program
  • You excel at multitasking and managing priorities.
  • You understand production and quality processes thoroughly.
  • You are self-directed and capable of working independently.
  • You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • You handle sensitive or conflicting situations with high interpersonal skill.
