Job Description
Overview: Drive the execution of high-value construction projects, ensuring quality, budget alignment, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines met. Coordinate field operations, maintaining seamless communication and workflow efficiency. Monitor budgets, providing accurate reports and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Implement quality control measures to meet construction standards and client expectations. Utilize advanced software tools for project tracking and management. Facilitate stakeholder communication, addressing concerns and delivering progress updates. Optimize resource allocation, managing personnel, equipment, and materials effectively. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience; 15 years preferred. Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel. Experience with Procore or AutoDesk Build software is essential. Strong scheduling and coordination skills for managing field activities. Knowledge of quality control processes, with tilt wall construction experience preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships. Ability to multitask effectively, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
