Summit, a division of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for the Virginia Beach Correctional Center kitchen. In this role you will oversee the staff, coordinate meal preparation, and ensure high quality, safe, scratch-made meals for inmates in a fast-paced facility. Shifts are Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will train and supervise a team, enforce sanitation standards, and maintain portion control and presentation to meet established guidelines.
