Executive Sous Chef: Lead Culinary Innovation & Ops

City Winery is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to serve as the second-in-command of our culinary team, supporting the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations across dining rooms, private events, and venue spaces. You will lead day-to-day kitchen operations, drive menu development and R&D, and manage food and labor costs to achieve financial targets while upholding our food culture and hospitality standards.
