Key responsibilities:
Design and implement a data collection and reporting methodology in SharePoint and Power BI to capture quality assurance results
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to report on quality posture and compliance metrics for PMO leadership
Analyze review results for trends and root causes, providing prioritized recommendations for process improvements
Required qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or quality analysis related to program management or compliance
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report building and data modeling
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
Experience writing analytical reports for government or executive audiences that interpret data and recommend actions
