You’ve written ads for supplement or wellness brands and watched them scale. You live in Meta Ad Library, you use AI tools every day, and you want a role where your winners decide how much you earn. If that’s you, this is a big opportunity.
The Role: You own the copy behind our paid social ads: the concepts, hooks, leads and scripts that turn ad spend into revenue. This is a writing first role for someone fluent in direct response, including awareness levels, market sophistication, mechanism, and hook, lead, proof and offer architecture. You turn customer insight and performance data into ads that convert, and use AI to do it faster. What You’ll Work WithSix to seven figures in monthly Meta spend. What You’ll Do:
  • Write hooks, leads, scripts and advertorials built on a clear mechanism
  • Study Meta Ad Library, TikTok and top DTC brands to find what’s driving spend and why
  • Build concepts mapped to awareness level and market sophistication
  • Use Higgsfield and other AI video and image tools to create and test concepts at volume
  • Write briefs clear enough that editors and creators can execute without back and forth
  • Read hook rate, hold rate, CTR and ROAS to decide what to kill and what to scale
  • Turn winning ads into new hooks, leads, angles and formats
  • RequiredProven direct response experience, with ads that scaled for ecommerce brands
  • Fluency in awareness levels, market sophistication, and hook, lead, mechanism, proof and offer architecture
  • A clear point of view on why specific ads work or fail
  • Hands on with AI tools like Higgsfield, Claude and ChatGPT every day
  • Comfortable producing high volume and iterating fast on data
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Based in the US or EuropeSelf directed. You take a goal and run with itBig Plus
  • Supplement, health or wellness experience
  • Long form experience: VSLs, advertorials, native ads
  • Earning potential: $70K to $200K+ USD per year (base retainer + uncapped percentage of ad spend on your ads)
  • You get paid when your ads win.
