Finance Consulting Senior Associate
The Opportunity: As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will engage in end-to-end Treasury Management System implementation and optimization within FIS, driving productivity and effectiveness in Treasury processes. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating the intricacies of financial markets. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand while contributing to impactful client solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (FIS)
  • Analyze intricate financial processes to drive productivity

  • At least 3 years of experience

  • Possessing implementation experience in Treasury Management Systems (FIS)
  • Advising organizations on Treasury process efficiency
  • Being skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Familiarity with financial market and banking processes
  • Understanding of cash management and forecasting
  • Conducting workshops and meetings with stakeholders
  • Utilizing digital tools like Alteryx and PowerBISupporting business development and thought leadership initiatives
  • Having hands-on experience with system design and testing
Travel Requirements: Up to 80%The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
